不說不知，這個品牌的誕生，原來是來自一間當地海鮮菜館！Irvin是店主的名字，十多年前開海鮮菜館，招牌菜本來是鹹蛋黃炒蟹，但因為客人特別喜愛其惹味的鹹蛋黃醬，於是就做起鹹蛋黃魚皮和薯片來，方便客人帶回家。

起初只是少量製作，沒想到一傳十、十傳百，愈來愈多人衝著這款鹹蛋魚皮、薯片而來，Irvin在2016年索性收起餐館生意，專心賣鹹蛋魚皮、薯片和鹹蛋黃醬，品牌自此漸漸紅起，口碑廣傳至全世界！

新加坡IRVINS鹹蛋魚皮 95G- 濃郁的鹹蛋黃香，金黃色好吸引；魚皮大大片，都算完整，食落鹹脆甘香，帶點咖喱和辣椒的香辣，頗惹味。

    Considering it's not available in the UK, this company delivered the product swiftly and safely. I'm very impressed. Will buy again.

    Definitely worth the price!. I first had these in Singapore & I've been on a hunt for them for agess.. so happy I've found a place that will ship to the UK!. I will definitely be ordering again

    These are the most expensive of the various salted egg fish skins, but original is best. As the slogan says, damgerously addictive!

    Absolutely delicious, one of my fav fish skin. Crispy and crunchy, packed full of flavour. Slightly hot but not too spicy with a great amount of curry leaves aroma. Just wish it can be slightly cheaper so I can get it more often.
