如何使用

烹調方法: 湯料一包,肉類300公克,水1500毫升。 

普通煮法: 將所有材料倒入鍋中,加水。大火煮五分鐘,水沸後,小火煮一個半小時。 

供3-4人飲用。 (產後第八天可開始服用) 

置於乾燥陰涼處。

How to use

Cooking Instructions:
One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 1500ml of water.

Conventional Cooker:
Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1.5 hours.

Serving: 3 – 4 persons (For confinement usage, to take on the 8th day after delivery) Keep in a cool, dry place.
