CHAN YEE JAI Fritllary Almond Powder 陳意齋 川貝杏仁粉(罐裝)454g

I make this using 2 heaped teaspoons rather than the suggested 3 tablespoons as it is very sweet. However, it makes a delicious alternative to my usual hot chocolate drink and does tend to sooth my throat well. I have not been able to find this in any of the London China Town supermarkets even though it used to be available some years ago as my dad loved making this into a thick custard as a Sunday afternoon treat! Brings back memories of childhood!
