  • 使用方法:
    • 清洗乾淨杯子內壁,放置食物和水低於最高水位刻度線,蓋上蓋子。
    • 接通電源,8個功能燈依次閃爍。
    • 燒水功能:默認在100℃,再次按“燒水”觸控鍵會在45℃、60℃、100℃之間切換,選擇好後5秒開始進入工作,在開始的前6秒都可以重新選擇。長按2秒停止目前工作。
    • 熬煮功能:默認在100℃,再次按“熬煮”觸控鍵會在10分鐘、40分鐘、70分鐘之間切換,選擇好後5秒開始進入工作,只是燈長亮,在開始的前6秒都可以重新選擇。長按2秒停止目前工作。
    • 製作完成後機器會發出3聲“嘀嘀嘀”。功能指示燈閃爍,直到斷電或操作其他功能按鍵為止。
  • 清洗方法:
    • 不鏽鋼內壁可用抹布和清水直接沖洗,請勿用鋼絲球等尖銳物進行摩擦清潔。
    • 機器底部、把手、機身不能用水直接沖洗,可以用濕布擦拭杯身及表面。
  • 注意事項:
    • 杯蓋有出氣孔,請勿燙傷。
    • 當水量超過水位線和煮粥、煮豆類食物時,需要有人看管,以免溢出。
    • 煮粘稠食物時,需要間歇攪拌,以免粘底。
    • 請勿把產品放入消毒櫃或洗碗機、烘乾機中。
    • 請勿用蓋子提起整機,以免杯體滑落。
    • 請勿將機器浸入液體中,請勿用水直接沖洗杯體表面。若表面進水,請暫停使用,待電源插口擦乾、晾乾後再使用,以
    • 短路。
    • 製作完成後,請先斷電再食用或倒出食物。


7天購物保障
顧客如於收貨後七天內發現產品有問題,經檢測後証實有出廠缺陷(及必須符合以下情況),可更換相同型號之產品。每次購買只可更換一次。
該貨品必須包裝完整,無任何損毀及刮花痕跡;
貨品機身編號(如有)必須與發票上資料相符。
更換之貨品如沒有存貨,顧客則可更換同等價值之其他貨品。

提供一年保養服務 保養海外延伸服務 美國,英國,澳洲,加拿大,意大利 保養海外延伸服務由shepherd Jr. International LTD下稱(Shepherd Jr.)提供 於指定海外銷售商購買指定”香港行貨產品”之海外顧客,可以使用由Shepherd Jr. 提供之延伸保養服務

於保養期內,如客戶購買之指定產品有屬於生產上的損壞或瑕疵,而且並非人為損毁的情況下,客戶只需要自費將該產品寄到海外當地之服務倉,本公司會承擔及協助將產品寄回香港官方維修點及送回客戶海外地址(客戶購買所在國家)。

提供海外服務倉之國家,

美國,英國,澳洲,加拿大,意大利 如客戶所在地在以上國家,客戶可以將有問題之產品,自費寄往當地國家的服務倉。本公司會負責從服務倉送往香港代理商,及維修後寄回客戶所在國家(客戶購買所在國家)。

Step1.客戶在網上申報有問題之產品,並提交產品問題之視頻,以及購買單據。

Step 2.本公司審核後會提供當地海外服務倉地址,以及維修服務碼

Step 3.客戶把有關產品自費寄到當地海外服務倉.美國,英國,澳洲,加拿大,意大利

Step 5. 維修後本公司會通知客戶,並把有關產品送回客戶海外地址。

條款 客戶提出使用本服務時,需要提交購買之單據(只接受授權海外銷售商發出的購買收據),以獲得保養海外延伸代理服務。本公司恕不對非授權銷售商或店舖購買的貨品(即使是正品)提供該保養海外延伸代理服務。

客戶需要自費寄往海外當地服務倉的運費除了本公司之海外保養延伸條款外,所有保養服務之條款,亦都需要根據該產品品牌代理商的服務條款。如果因貨品在生產上的損壞或瑕疵而要求維修,產品代理商會先檢查貨品並調查您的投訴。如果貨品的確有生產上的損壞或瑕疵, 保養海外延伸服務,只提供海外客戶把有問題之產品提交給產品代理商的交接服務,本公司並不提供維修及保養服務。維修及保養服務由廠裝或產品代理商提供。產品代理商將根據貨品的保修條款及其涵蓋範圍作出修理,或如果貨品已經無法修理,代理商會根據相關保修條款提供退貨或退款安排。倘若代理商發現貨品的損壞並非生產上的損壞(包括材料及人工的損壞),而是不當處理或使用而導致的損壞,或該損壞超出保修條款涵蓋的範圍或保修條款已過期,客戶需要承擔維修費用並需要繳付海外保養延伸服務之全程運費實報實銷JUJY

Overseas Extended Maintenance Service The United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Italy. The Overseas Extended Maintenance Service is provided by Shepherd Jr. International LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Shepherd Jr."). Overseas customers who purchase the designated "Hong Kong genuine products" from the designated overseas retailers can use the extended maintenance service provided by Shepherd Jr.

During the warranty period, if the specified product purchased by the customer has a production defect or flaw, and it is not a case of human damage, the customer only needs to send the product to the overseas service warehouse at their own expense. The company will undertake and assist in shipping the product back to the official repair point in Hong Kong and sending it back to the customer's overseas address (the country where the customer made the purchase).

he countries providing overseas service warehouses are: the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Italy. If the customer is located in the above countries, the customer can send the problematic product to the local country's service warehouse at their own expense. The company will be responsible for shipping it from the service warehouse to the Hong Kong agent, and for sending it back to the customer's country of residence (the country where the customer made the purchase) after the repair.

Step 1: The customer reports the problem product online and submits a video of the product issue, as well as the purchase receipt. Step 2: After reviewing, the company will provide the address of the local overseas service warehouse and the repair service code. Step 3: The customer will send the relevant product to the local overseas service warehouse at their own expense. (the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Italy) Step 5: After the repair, the company will notify the customer and send the product back to the customer's overseas address.

Terms: When the customer requests to use this service, they need to submit the purchase receipt (only the purchase receipt issued by the authorized overseas retailer is accepted) to obtain the overseas extended warranty agency service. The company will not provide this overseas extended warranty agency service for products purchased from unauthorized retailers or stores (even if they are genuine).

The customer needs to bear the shipping cost to the overseas local service warehouse, in addition to the company's overseas warranty extension terms, all the warranty service terms will also need to be based on the service terms of the product brand agent. If a repair is required due to production defects or flaws in the product, the product agent will first inspect the product and investigate the customer's complaint. If the product does indeed have production defects or flaws, the overseas extended warranty service only provides the service of handing over the problematic product to the product agent for the overseas customer, and the company does not provide repair and maintenance services. Repair and maintenance services are provided by the manufacturer or product agent. The product agent will repair the product according to the product warranty terms and coverage, or if the product cannot be repaired, the agent will provide a refund or replacement according to the relevant warranty terms. If the agent finds that the product damage is not due to production defects (including material and workmanship damage), but is due to improper handling or use, or the damage exceeds the coverage of the warranty terms or the warranty term has expired, the customer will need to bear the repair costs and pay the full shipping costs of the overseas extended warranty service.
